Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using our website and the Spybook software application (collectively, the “Service”).
These Terms contain important information about your legal rights and obligations.

By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have read and understood the Terms, have the legal capacity to do so, and are hereby legally bound to accept these Terms in full.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not continue to use the Service.

The service is operated by Spybook Ltd. and is registered in London (we may refer to ourselves as “Spybook”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Our collection and use of personal information in connection with your access to and use of the Service is described in our Privacy Policy.

Entire Agreement These Terms and all policies, including our End User License Agreement, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy and Compatibility Policy, and any operating rules posted through the Service, constitute the entire legally binding agreement and understanding between you (“you” or “User”) and Spybook and govern your access to and use of the Service (“Agreement”).
    Our policies and other documents applicable to your use of the Service are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
  2. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Spybook service, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms of Use.
    If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
  3. Overview of the service Spybook is a software that gives you anonymous access to private Facebook profiles and blocked content.
    You can view private profiles without having to send friend requests and restore old stories that are normally no longer visible after 24 hours.
    Our software is free and offers you the opportunity to test these functions for two months without obligation.
  4. User Responsibilities You acknowledge and agree that Spybook may only be used for lawful purposes.
    Spybook is not responsible for the purpose for which the user uses the software.
    Use is at the user’s own risk and responsibility.
  5. Anonymous use feature With Spybook, you remain completely anonymous while viewing private profiles and blocked content.
    Your activities are not shown in the notifications or visitor lists of profile owners, so you leave no trace.
  6. Free trial period Spybook offers you a non-binding, free trial period of two months.
    During this time you can use all the functions of the software without any obligation.
    At the end of the trial period, you can decide whether you want to continue using the software.
  7. Changes to the terms and conditions These terms and conditions may be changed at any time.
    If there are material changes that affect your use of the Service or your legal rights, we will notify you by posting a notice on the Website or by email before the changes take effect.
    It is your responsibility to check for changes regularly.
