Privacy policy of the Spybook application
This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to the processing of personal data submitted by you or otherwise collected from you in connection with the associated application (“Application”). The Application is provided by Spybook Ltd (and may be provided on behalf of a licensor or partner of Spybook Ltd (“Application Partner”)). By using or otherwise accessing the Application, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies described in this Privacy Policy.
WHAT PERSONAL DATA DOES SPYBOOK LTD COLLECT?
We collect the following types of information from our users:
Personal data that you provide to us: We may receive and store any information that you submit to the Application (or that you otherwise authorize us to receive – for example, from your Facebook account). The types of personal information that may be collected include your full name, email address, gender, IP address, browser information, username, demographic information, and any other information necessary to provide the Application’s services.
Personal data that is collected automatically: We receive and store certain usage information whenever you interact with the Application. For example, Spybook Ltd. may automatically receive and record information about your IP address, browser information, Facebook user ID, Facebook page fan status and URLs accessed. Such information may be shared in aggregate (non-personalized) form with our partners.
HOW DOES SPYBOOK LTD USE THE INFORMATION IT COLLECTS?
Spybook Ltd. uses the information described in this Privacy Policy (i) internally to analyze, develop and improve its products and services, and (ii) as described below in the section “Will Spybook Ltd. share personal data?”.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BY APPLICATION PARTNERS
Spybook Ltd. may share personal data with the relevant Application Partner. The Application Partner’s use of your personal data is governed by the Application Partner’s separate privacy policy – and not this Privacy Policy. The application partner’s privacy policy is linked in the partner’s application on Facebook.
WILL SPYBOOK LTD DISCLOSE PERSONAL DATA?
Personal data of our users is an integral part of our business. We do not rent or sell your personal data (other than sharing it with the relevant application partner – see section “Treatment by application partners” above). We only share your personal data as follows:
Application partner: We share your personal data with the relevant Application Partner (see section “Treatment by Application Partner” above).
Agents: We employ other companies and individuals to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide products or services to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, Spybook Ltd’s agents have no right to use any personal information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us. You hereby consent to the disclosure of personal data for the purposes set out above.
Business transfers: In some cases, we may decide to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, customer information is typically one of the business assets that is transferred. In addition, if Spybook Ltd. or substantially all of its assets are acquired, or in the unlikely event that Spybook Ltd. goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Spybook Ltd. may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
Protection of Spybook Ltd. and Others: We may disclose personal information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with legal requirements, enforce our Terms of Use and other agreements, or protect the rights, property or safety of Spybook Ltd., our employees, our users or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
With your consent: Except as described above, you will be notified when your personal information may be shared with third parties and can prevent this information from being shared.
TERMS OF USE
If you choose to use or otherwise access the Application, your use/access and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes and the applicable law of Switzerland.
THREE-PARTY APPLICATIONS/WEBSITES
The Application may allow you to link to other applications or websites. Such third party applications/websites are not under the control of Spybook Ltd. and such links do not constitute an endorsement by Spybook Ltd. of those other applications/websites or the services offered therein. The privacy and security practices of such third party applications/websites linked to the Application are not covered by this Privacy Policy, and Spybook Ltd. is not responsible for the privacy or security practices or the content of such websites.

Spybook Ltd. allows you to view and, in certain cases, update the following information about you. This list may change if the application changes.
– Account information and user profile – Email address of the user, if applicable – Facebook profile information, if applicable – User settings – Application-related data
CAN CHILDREN USE THE APPLICATION?
Our website and the services available through Spybook Ltd. are not intended for children under the age of 13. Spybook Ltd. does not knowingly or specifically collect information about children under the age of 13 and believes that children of all ages should obtain parental consent before disclosing any personal information. We encourage you to participate in your child’s use of the Web.
CHANGES TO THE DATA PROTECTION REGULATION
Spybook Ltd. may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. The use of the information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make changes to the way we use personal information, we will notify you by posting an announcement on our website or by sending you an email. Users will be bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy if they use or otherwise access the Application after such changes are posted.
